· IT Appropriation Request (AR) System: Led the SharePoint design and implementation of an upgraded IT AR
system. Process streamlining efforts coupled with this enhanced system increased on-time AR approval
compliance rate from 70% to 93%. Trained over 110 users worldwide on this updated process and system
· Weekly Appropriation Request (AR) Tracker: Designed a new weekly Business Unit IT AR tracker for Corporate.
The tracker increased project visibility thus improving collaboration between the Corporate and Business unit
teams, minimizing deviation from company standards and enabling project implementation leverage
· IT Services Metrics Board Process: Made Emerson IT Services Metrics Reporting process 60% faster using Lean
Process Improvement methodology, by defining important service metrics, and implementing Metrics Dashboard
· Service Metrics Reporting: Shortened the metrics reporting and communication cycle from 3 weeks to 2 weeks
which made recent service performance metrics available to the IT Board and the Operations Board thus

· Project “Engage”: Led the project team of 8 in solution selection, development, and implementation of the new
“Engage” solution to be used by 60 Emerson IT Strategy & Governance team members. The solution increased
internal collaboration, created widespread visibility of customer requests and provided a team performance and

· Corporate IT Resource Tracker: Implemented a Resource Tracking system by collaborating with Functional
Directors and Project Managers. This system, used across all Corporate IT projects during the planning phase,
provided the Functional VPs vital information to make resource allocation decisions
· Annual Operating Plan: Successfully led the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development and delivery for all
Corporate IT Services for 2 consecutive years. Planned and scheduled reviews with Vice Presidents and Emerson
CIO. The final AOP event, attended by over 200 IT executives worldwide, marked communication of upcoming
fiscal year service strategy and plans to Business Unit customers
· Service Advisory Council: Implemented Service Advisory Councils and service management processes for all
Corporate IT Services. This increased customer input and involvement in Service Strategy and Service Operations,
in line with the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, shaping the strategy for the upcoming AOP event
· PMO Goals and Objectives Dashboard: Maintained and communicated goals delivery schedule for the
